Single-phase PWM Rectifier Control System Analysis And Soft Switching Topology Optimization Study

With the rapid development of power electronic technology and control technology,the power semiconductor devices, power converter technology has been rapid development and application, while it also brings trouble to many problems.According to the topological structure of single phase PWM rectifier, this paper introduces the mathematical model was established, and by two order, three order optimization method to get the PI parameters, the parameters into the hardware simulation circuit, by adjusting the simulation hardware circuit of the system meet the demand of the steady flow, voltage, power factor correction function, observation the graphics and the analysis of its robust performance. And then a model of single and double loop control method based on the mathematical model, the relationship between the PI parameters in the DMC module with the ordinary PI parameters are analyzed, and the transfer function and the corresponding hardware simulation model, and use PIDTOOL and SISOTOOL toolbox in MATLAB to verify the analysis. This paper presented a new method to tune the PI parameters, put into the model parameters of the system, by using the pidtool or SISOTOOL self-tuning, optimize PI parameters. Rather than through traditional manual calculation. To make the control program of double loop, use the MATLAB way to download into DSP28335, which the system can realize double phenomenon is verified. The correctness of the PI parameter before and verified by practical experiments by Matlab toolbox tuning out of the. And on the other parameters of the experiment, prove its optimality. Working principle of soft switch are analyzed and explained, and the current commonly used soft switch control strategy and control methods of analysis, put forward a kind of new control method using DSP,soft switch is more flexible to meet the various needs of the control.
