In order to improve the stability of the inverter and other high power electronic equipment, the design of the hardware is very important. The switching power supply as a system's heart, it's performance and design can affect the security and stability directly. In recent years, the new switching converter which combined with half-bridge structure and three-level soft-switching technology was increasingly used in switching power supply device with its high efficiency, low loss, high reliability, and it became a new hot spot of many scholars.The article first describes the flyback soft-switching resonant converter. By the design of experimental prototype of 200W,30kHz switching power supply, this soft-switching power supply can only be obtained for small power inverter.From this, the article proposes ZVS PWM half-bridge three-level converter, and then it analyzes the working principles and main features under control of the phase shift. It realizes zero-voltage switching switch, reduces the voltage stress of switching power devices, improve power conversion efficiency. But the lag tube with heavy load is difficult to achieve zero voltage switch, there is duty cycle loss in the transformer secondary side and voltage shortcoming or shock when diode turns off. In order to solve these problems, this article proposes a new converter which based on the use of the CDR (Current Doubler Rectifier) ZVS PWM half-bridge three-level converter. Because of the application of the CDR ZVS PWM half-bridge three-level converter, the rectifier diodes can convert easily, it also eliminates the duty cycle loss and the large voltage spikes.In order to validate the performance of the improved converter further. A simulation has been designed. The simulation has been made to validate the correctness of the improved converter preliminarily. The results show that:This converter can work as a wide load range of zero-voltage switching switch, eliminate the transformer secondary side duty cycle loss and reduce the rectifier diodes turn-off voltage spikes. All the performance was good at design.
