This paper is based on the National Natural Science Fund Project "study on multi variety and small batch production logistics bottleneck modeling and intelligent control based on the PSO and Holon". In the current mixed assembly production system, product processing cycle is long, material distribution worse coordination, line edge higher inventory problem. For solving these problems, to carry out the integration of mixed-model assembly line scheduling and material cooperating delivery. The main research work and results are as follows:Firstly, the mixed-model assembly line multi-objective scheduling model is established. Analysis of the main characteristics of the mixed-model assembly line problem, and clearing the modeling method, two objectives were considered simultaneously:to keep average the consumption rate of all parts in the assembly line and to minimize the makespan.Secondly, the Memetic Algorithm is proposed to solve the mixed-model assembly line multi-objective scheduling model. In this algorithm, the genetic algorithm as a global search strategy to expand the search space of solution; Introducing tabu search strategy to enhance the neighborhood exploring ability of the algorithm.Thirdly, to solve the problems of high complexity, high inventory cost, poor coordination of materials supply for mixed-model production, following the principle of positive service, integrating assembly sequencing information and materials delivery, constructing material cooperating delivery model based on production sequence.Fourthly, based on the analysis of the present situation in HL Company, multi-objective scheduling model and the design of algorithm, material cooperating delivery model based on production sequence are applied to the actual production. The results validate the model and algorithm are effective.
