With the increasingly fierce competition of economic globalization,manufacturing enterprises are competing fiercely in a more open,changeable and unpredictable market.In order to meet the customized and diversified needs of customers and the ever-changing market needs,more and more manufacturing companies use mixed model assembly line for small batches and multi-variety flexible production models.However,mixed-flow production lines generally have problems such as low production efficiency,unbalanced production lines,and difficulty in quality control.The mixed-flow production line has higher requirements on production planning,process setting,employee skills,material distribution,quality control,etc.in the production management process.All links must be closely coordinated.Errors in any link will cause production efficiency,production capacity and product quality.huge influence.This thesis takes the mixed model assembly lines of high-horsepower diesel generator sets of K Company as the research object,and analyzes the problems existing in the production management of the mixed model assembly lines,focusing on the analysis of production planning and control,production capacity management,material distribution,and employee skill performance management.Then,using the relevant theories and tools of lean production,it proposes an optimization and improvement strategy for the problems existing in the mixed model assembly lines,and proposes a complete set of management and optimization plans for the mixed model assembly lines.Finally,through the actual collection and verification of production capacity,production efficiency,product quality,manufacturing cost and other indicators to confirm the effectiveness and rationality of the optimization and improvement strategy.The research object of this thesis is the mixed model assembly lines of the high-horsepower diesel generator set of K company,but the management and optimization method of the mixed model assembly lines adopted in this paper also has certain reference significance for other manufacturing enterprises,especially the mixed model assembly lines similar to that of K company to produce small batches,For enterprises with many varieties of large-scale electromechanical equipment,the value of theory and practice is even greater.
