| Scenery district, a place serves as the bearer of China’s natural landscapes and historical and cultural relics, is an important part of the traditional culture system, and it makes natural beauty and humanities an ideal combination, with the natural landscape and cultural construction as the main body, and using classical combined with modern artistic landscaping, created a poetic pleasure to watch the space and quiet and solemn blessing worship space. But there is a problem of uneven development the scenic landscape of resources. On the one hand, many resources are not effectively developed and used. On the other hand, there is a landscape and environmental quality issues, so it is hard to fully play its landscaping and recreational part. And now the visual quality of the landscape building calls more and more attention, especially how to do the greatest degree of optimization and improve the visual quality of the landscape while protecting landscape resources, will become an important subject, and how to evaluate the visual quality of landscape scientifically will become the most important part in resource protection, development and construction.This paper puts forward the concept of visual landscape evaluation, on the basis of landscape evaluation, landscape aesthetics, and visual perception theory, give full play to the landscape, and it adds the visual characteristics of the user to the visual perception of landscape to the evaluation process. Based on this feature through the theory and methods research, combined with the of SD evaluation to set up Scenic visual landscape evaluation system, choose an actual case-Qiqu mountain scenic spot, the scenic of the natural and cultural landscape resource for the study, after developed the nature and the properties of the scenic landscape resource, we use the visual landscape scenic evaluation system to selecte the SD adjective and the evaluate scale for the scenic landscape visual resource assessment, through questionnaires to rate the landscape sample of each item factor, according to the data analysis, we get the following conclusions:(1) Through the composite score of the visual quality of natural landscape resources to organize:phoenix river>tong river> ancient cypress woods> phoenix mountain; Through the composite score of the visual quality of humanities landscape resources to organize:Qiqu temple> Shui Guanyin Temple> Shefaxiantai> Wangshui Pavilion> Langdang Post.(2) The main factors that affected the evaluation of the natural landscape visual are:color sense, vegetation coverage, vegetation diversity and abundance of elements, light and sense of space; The main factors that affected the evaluation of the cultural landscape visual are:vegetation coverage, plant configurability, sense of building imagination, space and artistic conception.(3) Sense of color, plant diversity and vegetation coverage has good influence to the naturalness, vitality, softness and satisfaction of the natural environment; Factor richness affects sense of hierarchy, change and rhythm of the landscape. Natural landscape with high vegetation coverage and species diversity, richness of colors, proper degree of light change and space, has high visual quality.(4) Vegetation coverage and plant configuration has good influence to the sense of softness, hierarchy and rhythm of the cultural landscape. The image of the building effects the atmosphere and the artistic conception. Landscape with beautiful artistic conception is also attractive. High vegetation coverage, fine vegetation configuration, quant, solemn and quiet humanities building give the cultural landscape high visual quality. |
