The emergence and development of new energy supply, railway power supply, high demand for UPS backup power supply, provides a huge market and development prospects for the battery and battery monitoring. In the current battery monitoring, the port damage, low anti-interference ability, less of safety design and other defects, resulting in failure of battery judgment, miscarriage of justice, out of work and other issues, attached the operation and maintenance personnel a lot of maintenance workload.To solve these problems, this paper is based on the premise of market demands, research the design and implementation of a high performance cost ratio multi-channel battery monitor to meet the needs of the market. The work of this paper mainly divided into three aspects: hardware design, software design and structure design.In the hardware design, the security sampling of signal and the adaptive mode of multi-scale battery signal monitoring are studied. By selecting high voltage and wide linear range of isolation devices, the method of isolation and amplification, the hardware achieved signal acquisition and amplification.In the software design, this paper focus on the suppression of the crosstalk signal which caused by complex application environment. Selecting window function method to inhibit the crosstalk signal initially, with AC sampling algorithm, the software achieves the suppression of crosstalk signal in the STM32F103 platform, meets the national standards on the DC signal monitoring. At the same time, through the r esearch of algorithm, software realizes the dynamic temperature drift correction, improves the measurement accuracy of product.In the Structure design, adopts the I class device structure and ground handling fitting with EN60950, to meet the requirements of the 4000 m product function and operation safety requirements.The multi-channel battery monitor that designed by this paper can adapt to kinds of battery terminal voltage,has strong anti-interference ability, high precision and high cost performance.It can be widely used in new energy support, railway, high demand for UPS backup power and other storage battery monitoring area.
