With the rapid development of power electronics technology,the use of electronic devices in the aircraft becomes more and more frequent and functions are more and more complicated.Cable that connect these devices is like the nerves and blood vessels of planesall over the aircraft.It is the main channel of signal transmission and is responsible for the transportation and distribution of power,control signals and data information,so that the aircraft can work and operate normally and efficiently.Due to a limited space in the aircraft cabin,all kinds of electrical cable are often bound together and easily generate crosstalk,even seriously affecting the overall system EMC performance.Hence,this has a higher electromagnetic compatibility for harness.Crosstalk not only affects with the normal operation of the aircraft but also causes the loss of power and then reduces the efficiency of the aircraft.Therefore,the prediction and suppression of crosstalk is a powerful guarantee for the EMC performance,and has important theoretical and engineering significance for the efficient operation in the aircraft.In this paper,we focus on the prediction and suppression method of crosstalk.Under the assumption of weak coupling and small size,the electric and magnetic field model of cable are simplified to increase computational efficiency of multi-conductor electromagnetic parametersby using the finite element method.Then,ANSYS software is used to obtain the unit length of inductance and capacitance parameters.At the same time,the several important factors affecting the parasitic parameters of cable arequalitatively analyzed,which provide the database support for the crosstalkprediction.Based on the principle of probability statistics,a probability distribution algorithm taking three thresholds is proposed.The prediction condition of the electromagnetic parameters of the cable bundle are more scientific and reasonableby the limited condition of three thresholds.On this basis,the probability distribution of electromagnetic parameters can be obtained by using piecewise convolution method.Then,the expected value and variance of cable crosstalk are deduced by using themulti-conductor transmission line theory,and then the probability crosstalk model is got.Through the digital characteristics of parasitic parameters,the maximum crosstalk value and the crosstalk value with the mostprobability are obtained.Comparing the theoretical results with experimental ones,the proposed prediction method is verified.Finally,the method of crosstalk cancellation based on first-order passive networks is proposed for reducing crosstalk between transmission lines.
