With the wide application of wind power,wind power fluctuation problem of power quality become a problem to be solved,and the addition of energy storage system is a effective solution.Battery technology is becoming mature,costs have fallen,and super capacitor become into emerging high-power energy storage element.These development for wind energy storage system configuration provides a new solution.In this paper,the energy storage system based on hybrid battery and super capacitor aims to improve the single battery energy storage in accordance with the requirements of the power capacity of waste,and solve the problem of bring down the wind turbine power fluctuations.On the wind turbine characteristics analysis and modeling research. Based on the principles of wind turbine,the output power of wind turbine are analyzed, the relationship between wind speed and output torque.Modeling study,the wind speed four component method is used to decompose,simulated wind speed randomness,wind speed and wind simulation model is established,it is concluded that the output power and torque characteristic curve,verify the validity of the model.The application of hybrid energy storage system in wind power has carried on the simulation research.On the basis of comparative analysis on the existing equivalent model,determine the PNGV model battery and super capacitor RC model is more suitable for simulation of wind energy storage system characteristics.Based on the wind turbine model and the existing model of permanent magnet synchronous motor,in the MATLAB/Simulink environment air storage system model is established,the analysis of hybrid energy storage system is the ability to solve the problem of wind power fluctuations.At the same time, the contrast of the single battery energy storage and hybrid energy storage application in the same system when the battery power output and SOC characteristics,the simulation results show that the hybrid energy storage system can reduce the burden of battery power,extend the life of the battery.The hybrid energy storage system capacity optimization configuration method is studied.This paper puts forward a kind of based on game theory and particle swarm optimization combined with hybrid energy storage system capacity allocation method,the battery and super capacitor as in their capacity for policy set game participants,annual revenue function considering their comprehensive cost,in their capacity and power as constraint conditions using particle swarm algorithm to optimize alone,then in the system under the condition of overall capacity,power and LPSP constraints,calculate the Nash equilibrium of game model.To solve the analysis of examples,demonstrate the validity of this capacity optimization configuration method,and it is concluded that the hybrid energy storage configuration scheme comparing single battery energy storage solution has obvious advantages on economy.
