Because the output of wind power and photovoltaic power is unstable,problems of power inbalance and poor power quality is widespread in the wind power and photovoltaic power demonstration project.For resolving the inbalance and improving power quality,this essay discussed hybrid storage system's key theory and technology,which is combined by super capacitors and batterise,and proposed the storage capacity optimization method of Wind/PV/Storage hybrid generation system.The purpose of storage system capacity optimization of Wind/PV/Storage hybrid generation system is guiding storage system construct.Until its end-of-life,storage system would not have big change.So,in order to optimise the storage system capacity reasonablely,wind power and photovoltage power geveration level and load and grid power requirement level must be clearly known.After contrasting supply and demand,storage capacity would be reasonable.This essay analysed the theory and technology of the forecast of wind power,photovoltage and load,laying the foundation for the project work.When configurating storage capacity,interior property of storage cell should be also known well to make configuration result accurate.Analysed the importance of storage capacity optimization,build mathematical model of stoage capacity optimizaton of hybrid geveration system,and carried on standalone and grid-connected hybrid system optimization research by different constraint condition,which is based on Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm.On the Visual Studio 2008 platform,the software of storage system capacity optimization of standalone and grid-connected hybrid generation system is developed,which is user-friendly and convenient.
