Medium voltage distribution switchgear and control as one of the important protective device in the power transmission and distribution systems, is an important part of the smart grid, and its operational status directly affects the stability and reliability of power supply system located. In this paper, domestic and switchgear detection status and development trend analysis, given switchgear intelligent detection module design, and further relevant theoretical and experimental analysis, to achieve its medium voltage distribution switchgear intelligence operation parameter detection.First, based on the detected voltage distribution switchgear and the basic principles of the overall design analysis, insulated switchgear detection method based on ultrasonic detection principle, as well as medium voltage circuit breaker mechanical properties of detection based on the Hall principle and humidity resistance NTC works switchgear temperature and humidity detection method.Secondly, the medium voltage distribution switchgear intelligent detection module hardware design, the program includes a sensor to determine the amplifying circuit, detection circuit, LCD liquid crystal display circuit topology and peripheral circuit design and hardware implementation; at the same time, based on the time difference location algorithm, the improved algorithm on the received signal TDOA positioning calculations to solve the contradiction between high accuracy and validity of the complete intelligent detection module hardware.Based on the above, given the hardware module design collaboration Medium Voltage Switchgear intelligent detection module software design, including the main program and subprogram module design, in which each detection module to complete the main submodules cooperative control, subroutines each sampled detection signal, data transmission, operation, output, and display control functions. Software designed to complete the detection module function principle, adding a variety of anti-jamming measures in the programming process in order to achieve software regulation limited hardware resources. Finally, to complete intelligent detection module hardware and software debugging and experimental analysis on the test bench. Experimental results show that the intelligent detection module run well, have a certain stability and reliability, and has a high detection accuracy.
