In our country gradually towards the full modernization, medical construction also has its own reform and development, many regions and cities in our country has a new medical model. Medical architecture is a place where human beings live, old age, disease and death. Medical architecture is closely related to social stability and medical development.The Chinese city medical architectural space through under the new situation of the development and change of of study in humanities environment in medical building streamline design, humanistic care, and presented in the party oriented constructs a measure of physical function scale and scale natural appropriate medical space.Firstly, this paper analyzes the human environment of medical architecture, and analyzes the influence of various factors on the hospital flow line design, which can make a better understanding of the medical building flow line.Secondly, the article uses the method of the medical construction case analysis, the article makes a detailed analysis of the modern hospital flow line, because of the different design patterns, how to organize and space to build the function and space, and summarize the common features.Finally, based on the comparative analysis of the case, the research on the flow line design in the humanistic environment of medical architecture, the concern of the human experience, combined with the "people-oriented" design concept, and the future of the changes in the medical facilities to predict, proposed a reasonable guide.
