Study On Urban Surveillance Capture System And Its Key Technology

The overall design of urban surveillance capture system, vehicle identification and license plate recognition module were introduced with the application of communications technology, computer technology and image recognition technology based on the development of road surveillance requirement.According to the theoretical analysis, urban traffic safety and traffic safety research, the paper discusses the overall needs of the urban monitoring bayonet system, functional requirements and performance requirements, and describes the basic principles and the overall design of the system. To achieve the license plate location, character segmentation and character recognition, the codes were written. The test systems were constructed. At last, the paper verified the accuracy license plate recognition module through test.From the overall design of urban surveillance capture system, taking the image recognition technology as a means to achieve a license plate recognition, positioning technology. And through the real vehicle tests on illegal logging and tracking vehicles, verify the accuracy of the license plate recognition technology efficiently for the overall design of the smart bayonet put forward new ideas, and laid a solid theoretical foundation for the widespread application of surveillance capture technology in the mouth.
