In recent years,the development of economy and the increase of all kinds of vehicles have brought great challenges to traffic management.Therefore,an intelligent traffic management system makes the management of motor vehicles more digital,Facilitate traffic management,ensure daily traffic safety and control,avoid congestion,This is very important for the automation of traffic management and has great potential for implementation.The research of license plate recognition technology(license plate recognition platform)has also attracted great attention.The national plan of action to prevent and Punish Trafficking in persons,especially women and children(VLPR)has become very important and has been used to monitor and control violations.At present,the vehicle recognition system consists of five parts:license plate acquisition,image preprocessing,location plate,character separation,character recognition,The focus of this paper is to study the technology and algorithm used to identify the license plate of intelligent garage,and improve it according to the tradition.The image pre-processing module of the file is to process the gray photos taken by the camera first,because the color photos are memory,and the gray images again,and then use Roberts algorithm to carry out border test,simplify the visual information,make the color image track the license plate,use morphological method to locate the license plate,damage the image,enlarge image,calculate,close and then use Radon transform to correct license plate,compare traditional Ostu algorithm and improved character assignment algorithm,select For binary images,filtering is used to remove noise.Based on vertical projection,characters are allowed to be segmented for division purposes.The size of characters is inconsistent,and they need to be combined after being chopped.The process of character extraction is transformed into independent character,which is recognized by the algorithm based on template matching and BP neural network,and the final result is obtained.At present,the intelligent management system is more used in the intelligent parking lot.Therefore,the global uniform system uses MATLAB software to develop a license plate recognition system based on the theory,and tests the function of the system.The results show that the license plate recognition system is very accurate for tracking,segmentation and recognition of license plates,and its algorithm is simple and useful.
