| With the rapid development of science, technology and economy today, people’s awareness of environmental protection has become increasingly strong. The management and restoration on the river ecosystem has gradually become a new industry nationwide and even worldwide. This paper aims to work out filter eco-concrete slope protection material applicable to small river management, get its mix proportion and construction technology by experiments as well as measure and analyze the performance of concrete. The positive roles of filter eco-concrete in water filtration and soil conservation, water purification and landscaping, etc, have been summed up with a view to apply the theoretical research results by experiments to the actual river management, so that the combination of theory and practice is to be realized to provide a reference for improving and protecting the river environment.The filter eco-concrete block is mainly prepared by laboratory tests in this paper. The author of this paper has improved and optimized the issues found in the process of block preparation and measured the compressive strength, porosity, PH value, water filtration and soil conservation, etc. The factors affecting the compressive strength of concrete, the influence of sand ratio and SR-3 additives on concrete performance can be drawn by analyzing the experimental results so as to provide certain theoretical basis for eco-concrete slope protection construction in demonstration zone. It is found that the sand ratio of unit volume concrete and the strength of concrete block present a good positive correlation that is with the increase of sand ratio, the strength of concrete block increases, but too high sand ratio will affect the permeability of concrete, so moderate fine aggregate should be added in the preparation of filter eco-concrete. The strength of filter eco-concrete is related to the strength grade of cement and the greater the used cement mark is, the higher the strength of the prepared concrete is. It is suggested to use the concrete whose P.O is over 42.5 in the project. The effective porosity increases with the increase of the target porosity, and its value is always smaller than the total porosity, on the other hand, as the porosity of filter eco-concrete increases, its compressive strength decreases. The PH value of concrete increases with the increased amount of cement, which shows a good negative correlation with the amount of SR-3. The mix proportion of filter eco-concrete used in this demonstration zone is 250 kg cement, 100 kg river sand, 1550 kg macadam, 5L SR-3, 95 L water in 1m3 filter eco-concrete. The economic and ecological benefits of concrete slope protection type has been explored and analyzed through the application case of filter eco-concrete to a small river management. The development and use of filter eco-concrete, a kind of new environmental building material can not only meet the requirements of stability and security, but also integrate with surrounding natural eco-environment, reflecting the adaptability of concrete and biology, which is of great significance to ecological balance. With people’s emphasis on the restoration and balance of river ecology, the application of filter eco-concrete to river management has been gradually recognized. The filter eco-concrete slope protection, as a new type of riverside slope protection is bound to be popular with more people in the near future. |
