The reinforcement researches of concrete structure with carbon fiber reinforced composite material are originated in the 1980 s.Using the carbon fiber to reinforce composite materials for components will not affect the original size of the component, because carbon fiber composite material itself is thin, physical and has chemical corrosion resistance. And it is widely used in the engineering practice, because its tensile performance is good.Based on the existing relevant data, it is found that the reinforcement technology research of the carbon fiber is mainly concentrated in the beam and column structure and a few of plate structure research, but the research scope is narrow, and the reinforcement research on the cracked reinforced concrete two-way slab is few. Therefore, in this thesis, the combination method of the theory and practical engineering case is adopted. Based on the practical engineering cases, the performances of reinforced concrete two-way slab are studied under the different reinforcement ways by the finite element analysis software ANSYS. The concrete research contents are as follows:(1) Some of the most common methods of reinforced concrete structure reinforcement are introduced. The pasted FRP reinforcement method and the mechanical characteristics of reinforcement structure are emphasized.(2) Based on the actual cases, the calculated method of the ultimate load and deflection for the reinforced concrete two-way slab are analyzed under the different reinforcement ways by ANSYS(3) Through the analyses of engineering cases, a two-way slab model for the cracked slab is built by ANSYS. The stress, the deflection, the ultimate load and crack development are studied for the unreinforced concrete two-way slab and the reinforced slabs with different reinforcement ways.(4) The stresses and the deflections, the limit load and crack development situation of reinforced concrete two-way slabs are compared under two types of reinforcement method, namely cross and well type. Considering the engineering practice and combining with the analysis results of finite element data, the well type reinforcing scheme was adopted.Through the above analyses and researches, it can be determined that the use of carbon fiber cloth is effective for cracking of reinforced concrete two-way slab reinforcement. Cross and well type of reinforcement ways are effective. Through the studies of the stress, deflection, the ultimate load and the development of cracks for the unreinforced plate, cross and well type reinforcing plate stress, it is concluded that the well type reinforcing plate reinforcement is better. It can reduce the deflection of the plate and improve the bearing capacity of plate. The stress of carbon fiber cloth in each direction is the maximum and the utilization rate is the largest, it can effectively share the forces exerted on the reinforced concrete plate, and make the stress equilibrium and ensure the normal use.
