The seismic performance of existing old masonry structure and strengthening technology is a hotspot in research of civil engineering, is also the focus of attention in engineering. Taking daqing longnan hospital reinforced masonry wall reinforcement part of renovation project as the background,using ABAQUS software, the applications of unreinforced wall reinforcement and cable stayed steel reinforcement, carbon fiber cloth wall finite element simulation analysis, obtained the following main results:(1) It shows the three walls under horizontal lateral concentrated load load-displacement curve, and the cracking load and ultimate load; Comparison and analysis for three kinds of wall respectively in the cracking load and ultimate load, the stress distribution and failure process under the action of comparing the degree of the bearing capacity of ascension. Results show that after strengthened walls its bearing capacity were improved, the effect of the cable stayed steel reinforcement.(2) Different sizes of the vertical compressive stress was studied in affected by strengthening the bearing capacity of the wall. Results show that when the vertical compressive stress value is greater than 0.5 times of the average compressive strength of masonry wall, the wall of the horizontal load bearing capacity and reduce with the increase of the vertical compressive stress values, the wall reinforcement component efficiency lower.(3) To study the three walls in winter and summer respectively two kinds of temperature stress response of the temperature conditions, analysis of the two kinds of working conditions of three walls suffered stress distribution; Comparison of the two kinds of strengthening methods to control the wall cracks, the contribution degree of development. The results show that the extreme minimum temperature in winter conditions of temperature stress is a major cause of wall cracking; Cable stayed steel reinforcement can be more effectively inhibit the cracks of the wall.(4) Analysis of the three types of wall under low cycle reciprocating load of hysteretic performance, and draw its skeleton curve; Analysis of the three kinds of wall of energy dissipation capacity. The results showed that pasting CFRP reinforced wall in hysteresis response and energy dissipation capacity.
