At present, energy, the environment has become a primary problem of influencing the existence and development of human society. Conventional energy is not only limited resources and caused the serious air pollution. Therefore, variety of renewable, no pollution, low cost of new energy development and utilization has been great concern in the world. Application of wind turbine in China, although very early, but in the variable pitch wind turbine research aspects is still in initial stage. This article adopt the following contents of wind turbine pitch and pitch control technology is researched by simulation.(1) In order to the working process of wind turbines have a preliminary understanding, design the most commonly used, the most basic PID control.Through the wind wheel gas dynamic characteristic model, transmission system model and generator model construction in MATLAB built wind power generator control process model, suitable parameter was selected by experiments and in MATLAB simulation results are as follows:when the input wind speed is constant when the output power curve is very stable, and when wind speed changes when power with the change of wind speed have obvious change control effect is not ideal.(2) In order to adapt to the multi variable, parameter changes, nonlinear system of wind turbine pitch from the structure of the design fuzzy controller, the that is by fuzzy language using fuzzy mathematical method to describe the relationship between variables in the process control can effectively control system to change at any time, the language is transformed into fuzzy language and simulations were performed in MATLAB. When the input wind speed mutation, the wind power generator can output more stable power, but mutations overshoot is relatively large, the response speed is relatively slow.(3) In order to further improve the performance of the wind turbine, the design of the adaptive fuzzy controller, through online adjustment proportional factor of fuzzy controller to transform, simple and easy to operate, with strong robustness, to other aspects of the control choice there is no dependent. Through simulation experiment, the adaptive fuzzy controller in the abrupt change of wind velocity overshoot is small and steady precision and quick response. The controller design is simple and convenient, the output power is more stable, can better application in wind turbine pitch control.Through the establishment of wind turbines PID control model and in the MATLAB simulation of power control of the wind turbine generator with a trend, basic understanding. On this basis, and the modeling and Simulation of fuzzy control, it is concluded that in the change of wind speed, wind generator has good control effect. In order to further improve the stability of power, on the basis of fuzzy control design the adaptive fuzzy controller, the simulation results show that using fuzzy controller is more suitable for the control of wind power generator with the changes of external conditions.
