It is an inevitable tend that clean energy vehicle will replace the traditional fossil energy ones gradually in this industry. As one of the typical representatives, electric vehicle has gained rapid growth momentum in recent years. With the maturing of security technology, requirements for comfort level of the car inside environment are increasing. The indicator of electric car’s air-condition has become an important consideration in purchasing. Equipped with energy-efficient performance air-condition will undoubtedly enhance the market competitiveness of automobile brand.This essay mainly discusses on the development of complete controller of the electric automobile air-condition as well as the accomplishment of the experiment of the real air-condition system. This article emphatically analyzed the technique of zero crossing detection and the control principle of Back-EMF method on the base of the introducing BLDCM. The design of the hardware circuit scheme and the experimental conditions are explained in detail. Then the article designs a three-stage start mode in the algorithm and the control logic software level, method of speed control and many reliability measures. The simulation model based on the control scheme of BLDCM is builded by Matlab to verify the feasibility of algorithm. Finally the paper analyzed the debugging result and summarizes the problems during the test, furtherly made prospects for future work.
