As the important way to solve the problem of energy security, environmental pollution, the electric vehicles have attracted extensive attentionall over the world. As you can imagine, with the popularity of these intelligentcars, not only environmental quality will be improved significantly, traffic safetyissues will also be greatly improved. The electric vehicle air conditioning, as anindispensable important part on electric vehicles, is becoming more and morepopular. Nowadays, the consumers have gradually take comfort intoconsideration when selecting cars. Better configuration of the electric airconditioning, of high efficiency, energy saving and good performance, willundoubtedly play an important role in developing sales market. The main research content of this topic is the research and design of theelectric air conditioning compressor controller. Firstly, this paper introduces thecharacteristics and development of electric air conditioning compressor, andillustrates the background and significance of this research.Secondly, thispaper introduces the ontology and mathematical model of the BLDC motor, and three-phase six-step control strategy, Back-EMF zero-crossing detection, and presents three-step starting method of the BLDC motor. Then, this paperillustrate the modules built by MATLAB software in detail, and displayed thesimulation results, which shows the feasibility of the proposed algorithm. Andthen, this paper introduces the hardware implementation of the electric airconditioning compressor, and describes the design principle of the circuit indetail. Finally, this paper analyzed the related problems encountered in theexperimental debugging, and put forward plans and prospects for future work.
