PMSM is a key performance of the electric power steering system, synchronous motor performance is largely determines the performance of the steering system, and the effects of motor control strategy also affect the accuracy of the synchronous motor simulation model to a ce RTain extent. For motor simulation model, this paper proposes two methods. The first is to superior performance in the two motor motor finite element model is derived for RT model, set up joint simulation model and verification, validation results show that the motor RT model can accurately reflect the output performance. The second is based on the analysis of the cogging torque and low torque ripple, put forward to improve the simple model of motor based on voltage equation, the verification results show that the improved model can accurately reflect the motor cogging torque. All above are the main research emphasis of this a RTicle.In the analysis of three indicators, high power density mainly depends on finite element model which is used to analyze excitation magnetic air gap flux density and the influence of winding loss, the low ine RTia mainly depends on CATIA that motor were analyzed, and the low torque pulsation is mainly applied finite element analysis of the cogging torque of the motor structure and the influence of the harmonic magnetomotive force distribution coefficient.The three indicators of comparative analysis on two motor motor cogging torque value in measurement is one of the difficult point of this a RTicle, because the cogging torque value is small,almost cow level. The study found that the cogging torque value is through the decelebrate mechanism magnification would affect the steering wheel torque pulsation, so by adopting the idea of amplification to realize measurement of motor cogging torque.The RT joint simulation of the model on the motor, Authentication mainly includes model can reflect the motor cogging torque and the influence of temperature variation on the electromagnetic coefficient, because these two points is a key pa RT of the motor accurately reflect the output performance. Temperature verification including finite element model has been set temperature and set temperature corresponding coefficient of electromagnetic, motor RT model in Simulink simulation of electromagnetic coefficient is not set the temperature when the RT model is obtained by difference method to calculate, finally it is concluded that motor RT model can reflect the cogging torque and can reflect the influence of different temperature on the electromagnetic coefficient.Though motor RT model can accurately reflect the cogging torque and the influence of temperature variation on the electromagnetic coefficient, but must be based on the finite element model, the finite element modeling process is redundant, and parameters need to be obtained from the experiment over and over again. Therefore, according to the analysis of cogging torque, ideal for purely based on voltage equation of motor model was improved, and its verification, the results show that the improved model can reflect the cogging torque of the motor.
