With the rapid development of modern society, especially the underground excavation works being attracted people of all ages. At the same time, depth, plane size pit increasing day by day, plus coastal soft soil area very unfavorable engineering geological and hydrological condition, so that excavation accompanied by many problems to be solved. One of the more important issue is to consider the impact of spatial effect of excavation pit for the design and construction brought. Deep excavation pit will cause soil to move around, move around the bottom of the pit wall and uplift of different excavation sequence and excavation may cause different patterns of displacement, especially in built-up areas and soft saturation clay grounds more obvious. Therefore, to ensure the safety of the premise accurately predict pit excavation retaining structure and the surrounding formation caused by the displacement of the key design considerations excavation deformation effect is particularly important design space. This paper relies on a given project, use Flac3D 5.0 software to analyze, and strive to set the program were analyzed to obtain reasonable analysis results, specific work as follows:1. Introduced the theory of spatial effect of excavation;2. The latest version of Flac3D 5.0 Software Foundation Engineering;3. According to the given engineering geological conditions, using Flac3D 5.0 build large pit model;4. In two different directions excavation, analysis of the structure of foundation pit displacement contrast, pit outside the basement uplift and subsidence.
