| Electric vehicles are considered to be the most effective way to solve the energy shortage and environmental pollution. Research of electric vehicle is not only to do pursuit of speed and is practical, while low-speed electric vehicles in comparison with ordinary electric vehicle also has a broad application prospects, especially in the rural area of our country, three core technologies of electric car is motor, battery and vehicle controller, motor and battery technology is not something to be found in today’s society of a major breakthrough, high reliability and high power to volume density of automobile electric vehicle controller is concerned. Therefore, the study of high performance the low speed electric car controller has been certain research and application value.Based on the solution of DSP (TMS320F28335) of TI company, this paper develops a low speed electric vehicle controller based on the motor vector control technology.According to the market investigation, electric vehicle frame is selected, according to the parameters of electric vehicle and the basic parameters of vehicle dynamics equation, the index of the vehicle controller, motor and battery parameters of the drive system is determined; and further according to the ADVISOR software with MATLAB software, vehicle is simulated for the performance index before the development of the building; finally, according to the MATLAB software, vehicle dynamic model, transmission model and vehicle model is builded to verify the matching parameters.According to the basic structure of permanent magnet synchronous motor, space vector control technology and vector control basic principle, the low-speed electric vehicle controller drive control strategy and fault processing control strategy is formulated; MATLAB software is used to build a permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control model, the simulation results verify the rationality of the drive and control strategy; according to the permanent magnet synchronous motor and low-speed electric car features, low-speed electric car of weak magnetic control strategy is proposed, MATLAB software is used for the weak magnetic control strategy model which is needed to be simulated and analyzed.Finally, low-speed electric vehicle controller of hardware and software is designed and loaded; dynamometer platform is measured to test full load experiment for vehicle controller; futhermore, motor vehicle safety performance inspection management system platform is used to test related experiment for the low-speed electric vehicles; The results of the experiment data show that this formulation of the control strategy of rationality and achieve the performance indexes is verified to achieve related the development of the performance index in this paper. |
