Research On Nylon Plastic Coating Processing Technology For The Spline Of Drive Shaft Of Heavy Truck

The drive shaft is an important part of the automobile, and the spline shaft is the key part of the drive shaft assembly. The machining process of the spline shaft directly affects the balance quality of the drive shaft assembly, and then influences the vibration of the driving shaft in the whole vehicle running. The quality of the spline shaft spline machining directly affects the product quality of the spline shaft. This paper from the "Limited by Share Ltd in an auto parts truck drive shaft spline machining process improvement project, quality problems exist in this study, the spline fork shaft key processes and of the elements of these quality problems were analysis and research, put forward a kind of new technology of spline fork shaft spline processing. This research has a strong application value for the processing of transmission shaft spline shaft fork, and can effectively improve the product quality and reduce the cost of the workpiece.According to market feedback, the vibration of the transmission shaft is caused by the running of the vehicle, which is mainly caused by the wear and tear of the spline. And the main reason is that the main reason is that the spline shaft of the spline shaft is poor:(1)The machining accuracy of the spline shaft spline shaft is very poor;(2) the heat treatment deformation of the spline shaft. In view of the above problems, we first study the existing processing technology, using the causal diagram method,the system analysis and the reasons for the cause of quality problems. The main reason is that the main reason is that the instability of the machine,the heat distortion of the workpiece, the material, the geometry and theroughness and the residual stress, which affect the deformation of the workpiece, and the main factors affecting the deformation.According to the analysis of the process and the heat treatment process of the milling spline, the spline tooth of the spline shaft through the two steps, the dimension accuracy of the spline is difficult to meet the technical standards. In this paper, the spline processing technology of spline shaft fork is improved, and the application of spline coating and shaping technology is used to solve the problem of poor machining precision.The technology is gradually applied to the production process, greatly improving the product quality of the workpiece, the correctness of the technology is verified.
