Ozone is an important gas which is closely related to humans, although it is widely used in antivirus, sterilization, water treatment and other aspects, but it is also one of the primary pollutant among the air pollutions. With the development of research, science and technology, people pay more attention to the gas. the requirements both in industrial and medical applications of ozone lead to the higher demand in atmospheric environmental monitoring and other aspects of detection of ozone concentration. In this context, this paper designed a fixed concentration of ozone real-time monitoring system.This paper discusses the current methods of detecting the concentration of ozone, analyzes their advantages and disadvantages, and then proposed using semiconductor detector to detect the concentration of ozone program, which is combined with on-site measurement, real-time, convenience or other needs. On the sensor selection, the subject brings using British semiconductor ozone sensor MS2610 as the acquisition sensor, and designs a series of circuits to ensure the sensor working at the core of accurate and efficient detection module.This issue is applicable to the needs of different occasions and complex environment. The system is divided into three subsystems, namely:ozone concentration alarm system; RS485 ozone concentration detection alarm system; ZigBee wireless ozone concentration detector alarm system. The ozone concentration of ozone alarm system can be used to monitor the gas leak, suitable for industrial sterilization or production needs. RS485 ozone concentration detection alarm system is suit for the outdoor detection in the complex terrain interferences harsh environments for real-time detection concentration threshold alarms, data transmission and the concentration display. ZigBee ozone concentration detection alarm system and RS485 ozone concentration detection alarm system is substantially similar, except that the RS485 communication module to replace ZigBee wireless communication, although it has advantage in the long distance communications, but it has great advantages in terms of ease of installation, it is mainly adapted to small home users detecting. Three subsystems compatible with each other, can run either alone, or in combination.In terms of hardware design, this paper uses a modular design, the system design includes a minimum system M052 modules, AD conversion data acquisition module, LM75 temperature detection module, the ozone concentration detection module, power supply module, display module, RS485 or ZigBee communication module. Software design is matched with the hardware, which supplies the AD data acquisition subroutine, temperature detection subroutine, the ozone concentration detection subroutine, MODBUS data processing routines and so on.After the completion of the system design, we use the system curve fitting techniques, least squares method, analysis the sample data and the relationship between the sensor output signals, and standardize the detect instrument calibration by the parameters of the sensor using the sensor provided by the manufacturer of calibration. Experiments show that:The design of the ozone concentration in the subject real-time detection system, has characteristics such as real-time, low power consumption, high security, which is fully meet the expected functional design.
