TiO2 photocatalytic oxidation technology has the characteristics of high catalytic efficiency, strong oxidation, small environmental pollution, mild reaction conditions, low price, and so on. It has become a kind of environment friendly technology, which has a very wide application potential in air treatment. In this paper, in light of the problems of the system complexity and low light utilization efficiency of the traditional TiO2 photocatalytic technology,loading the TiO2 on the surface of glass fiber filter material, and thus the glass fiber load of TiO2 Photocatalytic Functional air filter material.On the basis of the research of nano TiO2/glass fiber filter for low concentration of SO2 purification effect.Nano TiO2 sol was prepared by sol-gel method. The surface of glass fiber filter material(F5, F6, F7) was loaded into the air conditioner by impregnation method,The nano TiO2 particle size was tested. Showing that the particle size of the particles was 75%; XRD analysis was carried out, and the crystal diffraction peak sharpness of the pattern was better than that of the TiO2 crystal, and the results showed that the crystal grain was complete and had higher photocatalytic activity; The TiO2/ glass fiber filter material was observed by electron microscope.and showed that the surface of the nano TiO2 was granular distribution.The performance of nano TiO2 modified glass fiber was tested by static and dynamic experiments, and the results are as follows:Tested different glass fiber filter material in static experiment under different conditions in closed small indoor purification effect of SO2, the results are as follows:1) TiO2 in the surface of the glass fiber filter material load three times, the catalyst showed higher activity, the purification efficiency of SO2 at the time of 1 and 5 times higher than the load efficiency. 2) "F5T/purple" purification efficiency of SO2 was48%, far higher than "F5" and "F5T" on the purification efficiency of SO2, namely under the light irradiation, nanometer TiO2 show higher activity, to increase the purification efficiency of SO2. 3) "F5T/purple", "F6T/purple", "F7T/purple" on the purification efficiency of SO2 were 48%, 59%, 65%, the higher the visible filter specifications, the higher the degree of purification of SO2.Tested different glass fiber filter material in dynamic experiment in different conditions for the purification effect of SO2, the results are as follows: 1) theF5T/purple on the purification efficiency of SO2 than "F5T" increased by 22%,25% higher than that of "F5"; 2) within the scope of the 22 ℃ 28 ℃, the higher the temperature, SO2 purification efficiency is higher; 3) with the increase of wind speed, "F5T/purple", "F6T/purple", "F7T/purple" is first to SO2 purification rate,lower, after wind at best "F5T/purple", "F6T/purple", "F7T/purple" on the highest purification rate of SO2 is respectively: 32%, 37%, 43%. 4) in the experimental range of filtration velocity, filtration material before and after the modification of a parabolic resistance with the change of wind speed. The greater the material level, the greater the filtration resistance; And with the increasing of wind velocity, filtration resistance is becoming more and more big.
