In recent decades, with the rapid development of the national economy and the level of science and technology, people’s living standards have been greatly improved, people’s living environment is increasingly demanded. Driven by this awareness, people’s voice for improving their work environment is also growing. Fry hatching workshop mainly in fisheries and aquaculture sector for fry test research of the place, of the fishery development in China has a important significance. At present, most of the incubators are used in the industrial ventilation way to cool d own, but there is a lot of industrial ventilation, the cooling effect is not ideal. This makes the working environment of the incubator can not reach the requirements of the relevant standards, the work efficiency of the workers is seriously affected. Th erefore, the main content of the design and research of the incubator is to select a kind of environmental protection, energy saving, economical and feasible, and can meet the requirements of the work environment.This article take the hatch workshop in Xi’an as an example,the indoor thermal environment parameters of the workshop were tested.On the basis of field tests, the present situation of the indoor environment of the workshop is basically mastered,and the general analysis of the status quo is carried out,It is recommended that a ventilation cooling scheme can be used for the transformation of the incubator.(1) The indoor environment parameters of the workshop in 2014 and 2015 were tested, including outdoor air dry bulb temperature, indoor air dry bulb temperature and indoor wind speed. On a visit to workshop workers know about summer indoor environment in the workshop and its impact on the job.(2) On the basis of field test, the numerical simulation of natural ventilation cooling mode of the workshop is carried out by using Airpak numerical simulations oftware. The use of natural ventilation in the workshop has a more intuitive grasp, and further analysis of the current situation and reasons of the workshop, For the future of the workshop ventilation cooling transformation to provide a reference.(3) This paper introduces the method of ventilation and cooling, which can beused in the incubator, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each sche me. It is recommended that the evaporative cooling technology for ventilation cooli ng in the incubator workshop.(4) This paper carry out the design, equipment selection and drawing of the cooling system for the hatch workshop, and the energy consumption, operation cost and economy were analyzed and compared. It is available that the energy consumpti on of evaporative air cooler and natural ventilation cooling scheme is the lowest, and the two stage evaporative cooling and natural ventilation cooling scheme has the lowest investment, and the lowest net present value of the four schemes is that of evaporative air cooler and natural ventilation cooling scheme.Through the research of this paper, it provides a reference for the ventilation cooling for the hatch workshop at Xi’an, and provides a more specific case for the application of the evaporative cooling technology in the hatch workshop,enrich the evaporative cooling application range.
