Solar cell is a new type of energy, which is puzzling the development of photovoltaic industry, many factors, which is the most important factor of conversion efficiency, and thus improve the efficiency of the photovoltaic industry has become the most important factor in the photovoltaic industry.Now some of the mature technology to prepare solar cells, generally using the uniform emission junction doping process, in the electrode printing, the use of screen printing process.In order to minimize the contact resistance, it is necessary to improve the surface doping concentration of the cell emitter. However, in order to reduce the recombination of surface recombination and improve the short wave effect, the doping concentration of the emitter junction must be reduced.To solve this contradiction, the selective emitter technology arises at the historic moment, compared to the uniformity of the emitter, its conversion efficiency increased by about 0.5%.Process for the production of solar cells in the industry is usually the following methods:(1) two-step diffusion method (2) laser doping (3) etching mask. These three processes first two methods of complex, high equipment costs, the third method is unstable solution, not easy to control the reaction rate, poor reproducibility.In this paper, the principle of starting from the third method, designed a series of experiments, by repeated experiments, the conclusion that the most stable and easy recipe reaction time, thus contributing to the conversion efficiency selective emitter technology improves 0.23%.
