Transport and storage are two key steps in hazardous chemicals logistic in reducing accidents. Thus, rational siting of hazardous chemicals warehouse as well as reasonable routings are essential to avoid security problems from the root causes. Siting of hazardous chemicals logistics is currently a hot research filed, of which the relevant theory has been well developed. However, research models related to risk and safety assessment of disciplines of hazardous chemicals, logistics, and location don’t’fit the real scenario well. In terms of logistics and transportation routing, there have been many mature study abroad, but is rarely applied in the field of hazardous chemicals, even less considering the combination of location and routing models concurrently. In order to give proper attention to both economic and safety benefit, and to realize the mutual interaction between distribution center location and transportation routing selection of the hazardous material logistics-distribution and transportation network, an integrated location-routing model was built. This paper considers dangerous chemicals during transportation transport vehicle passes under potential risks sections. Firstly, analysis the factors which may affect hazardous chemicals logistics location-siting, then study the multi-target system of hazardous chemicals logistics location-routing model. Meanwhile, determining the various multi-objective index weight by Analytic Hierarchy Process. Based on the above, by the integration and innovation of typical LAP and VRP of models, combined with multi-objective optimization of logistics system and its own characteristics of hazardous chemicals, to establish a multi-objective programming hazardous chemicals logistics location-routing model, by a two-stage model taboos related constraints conversion, multiple objectives into a single objective, and application search algorithm to solve the model. Finally, a case study was given to verify the reliability of the model and validity of the algorithm. The results show that the model can effectively hazardous chemicals logistics location-routing problem of quantitative analysis, comparative analysis found that the results for solving multi-objective programming model is superior to the results of cost or risk to solve a single goal. Therefore, it can provide a scientific, rational and effective reference views in developing its distribution system for medium and large hazardous chemical production enterprises.
