With the convenience of transportation,motor vehicle becomes the primary source of pollution,and the issues of energy and environment attracte high attention.Countries take the development of new energy vehicle as their national strategies because of the side effects of transportation.As a representative of new energy vehicles,electric vehicle developes rapidly,and it’s imperative to promote electric logistics vehicle in logistics industry,which can reduce both harmful gas emission and logistics cost.The problem of charging restricts the promotion of electric vehicle,and it is important to determine the location of electric logistics vehicle.In addition,compared with traditional fuel vehicle,electric logistics vehicle has some new difficulties such as limited battery capacity,fewer charging facilities and longer charging time,so the traditional vehicle routing method is no longer applicable.Therefore,it is necessary to study the location-routing problem of elecrtic logistics vehicle beacuase of their interdependent.This paper studies the location-routing problem of electric logistics vehicle based on analyzing the existing research.In terms of cost,in addition to considering the traditional location and transportation cost,it also considers charging cost,environmental cost and time penalty cost.In terms of constraints,in addition to considering capacity constraints,battery capacity constraints,it also considers the queuing time,which makes the model more actual.In addition,LINGO software is used to test small-scale calculation examples to verify the accuracy of the model,and the total cost of distribution with electric logistics vehicle or traditional fuel vehicle are compared to reflect the advantages of electric logistics vehicle distribution in economy and environment.Finally,based on the characteristics of the model,a genetic algorithm with greedy search is designed to solve the location-routing problem of electric logistics vehicle,and Solomom example is used to verify the advantages of this algorithm.The model and algorithm proposed in this paper can provide reference for the location-routing problem of electric logistics vehicle in logistics distribution,and provide theoretical basis for the promotion and application of electric logistics vehicles.
