Research Of The Application Of Collage Art In Interior Design

Modern art was rapid developed in the twentieth century, which produced a profound impact on design in the fields of modality, concept, and aesthetics. Collage art was born in cubist paintings. Undergo the development of modern art and heritage of post-modern art, it began to widely penetrate into different domains of design as a new manifestation mode in the realm of art. The research object of this paper is the application and development of collage art in interior design. Firstly, sorting out the historical development context of the collage art, and then summarizing its basic forms and characteristics according to the performance traits of interior collage design. On the base of that, it is trying to explore the application of design techniques through studying cases, including heterogeneous isomorphism、space juxtaposed、finished product intervention、color harmony、symbol metaphor and the design principles of the combining of science and art、both contemporary and historical context、the overall concept of environment、dynamic flexible design and aesthetics form. Finally, the development trend is discussed about the collage artistic technique used in interior design in this paper.
