| Mechanism sand acquires the promotion and application of national policy as a new type of green, energy-saving and environmental protection building material. Probability screen is the key equipment in the production process of machine-made sand and it is used for classification of sand and gravel particles. The quality of the probability screen directly affects the performance and productivity of the Mechanism sand.In the actual screening process of probability screen, it can easily run into the problems of cracking of the plate and beams and so on, due to being subjected to high frequency of alternating exciting force for a long time. At present, there are still shortcomings in the evaluation method of the performance of the probability screen.According to these questions, this paper mainly focuses on the following points while taking the probability screen(4GLS2530) which is being developed by Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science and Technology Co., Ltd as the research object. This study is mainly for the following aspects of work:1.On the basis of a comprehensive understanding of the structure and working principle of the probability screen, this paper calculates the relevant dynamic and kinematic parameters, which builds the foundation for the follow-up analysis of dynamic characteristic.2.This paper analyzes the side plate for 4GLS2530 type of probability screen based on the software of ANSYS to get natural frequency and modal shape of the plate and on this basis, improves the structure of the side plate. Besides, this paper makes full use of ANSYS15.0 to have modal analysis of the improved 4GLS2530 type of probability screen box, in order to check whether the screen box will produce resonance phenomenon. Then the harmonic response analysis of the probability screen is also made, and the dynamic response of the screen box under the action of alternating exciting force is tested.3.Experimental modal test is performed on the basis of theoretical modal analysis.Then, the essay has analysis and treatment of experimental data, using the software of LMS and the method of establishing model according to the multi-point of tests until the natural frequencies and modal shapes of the 4GLS2530 type of probability screen are obtained.Then, finally, analyzing and comparing the experimental and theoretical results.4.Besides, the screening performance of the probability screen is also studied in this paper based on the study of the performance of probability screen structure. For thismethod’s limitation of calculating the screening efficiency with the specified particle size to evaluate the performance of multi- layer probability screen, the paper puts forward the idea of the specified grain size and partition size being used to calculate the screening efficiency and the comprehensive evaluation method for screening performance of multi-layer probability screen being taken.Based on the theory of vibration testing technology and dynamic analysis, in this paper,the dynamic design method combining the theoretical modeling and experimental modeling is applied to the dynamic design process of large probability screen, which improves its dynamic characteristics, avoids the structural resonance, increases its service life and puts forward a method of comprehensive evaluation of the performance of multi- layer probability screen. This paper provides an effective way for the design and improvement of large probability screen in China and it has important reference value for other similar study of the vibration screening machinery. |
