With the development of transportation industry, cars become an important way of transport vehicles. The development of information technology makes further promote the information service of transportation. As cars become more and more popular, the research about vehicle,man and road has develop as a subject named IoV (Internet of Vehicles). As the research field of Internet of things attracted national attention, the related technology IoV also take a national level support. And public transportation is an important way for the daily life, and it is an important scene in the construction of public infrastructure facilities. It has a profound impact on society that pay more attention to develop IoV, providing better public transport information service.The explosive growth of mobile phone strengthen a strong demand on public transport information service.Develop a bus information service system is the hardware foundation, and to ensure that mobile devices to secure access to information security is higher level guarantee. Than, vast amounts of data is the key point of intelligent information services by using data mining technology. Under the above background, it is significant to provide a high-quality travel experience for passengers as well as develop the intelligent transportation service with the combination of [oV and mobile intelligent devices, providing the user with more safety bus information service access and data service.The main work of this paper can be shown as below:(1) Architecture research:we make a research about the traditional hardware architecture of IoV, and design the "Center cloud-Vehicular cloud-Mobile devices" three-layer based architecture. This architecture can not only provide users with high speed local area network service, but also has the high speed of data transmission uploaded to the center cloud. As a lightweight Cloud Architecture, the architecture can be implemented. Users can get the hot resources from the vehicular cloud but not the center cloud, and it will reduce data transmission delay and data loss while enhance the information service reliability and user experience.(2) Research of center cloud.vehicle cloud and application software:we integrated a mini computer server module and a wireless network module to implement a vehicle cloud box dependents on the characteristic of the architecture,while use the Apache to develop the server.And we develop the Android software application on the mobile devices cause Android is more open and convenient for software development.(3) Intelligent transport systems:mobile devices can not access the vehicle cloud box system unless the users card passed the verification system. And the system will check that the legitimacy of the account of the card.After the user information authentication, the device can access the system with security and reliable.(4) Data analysis:The users who take the authentication will generate the data about the time of access on and off, as well as the local information. We try to analysis the data to figure out the correlation between the passengers and provide social matching service.Ultimately, we can provide the passengers with a more secure and personalized information services.
