Research and develop a optimal control decision system for the ground source heat pump(GSHP) system to solve the problem that built-up GSHP system performs worse and worse, such as: energy efficiency gradually decreased, loss of energy efficiency, table into non energy saving. The system uses decision tree algorithm, assisted GSHP system in the actual operation and help it to optimal its original control decision of moderate optimization, ensure comfort while reducing energy consumption.The whole analysis of GSHP system is carried out, sort out the type of heat pump, and some problems existing in the application are put forward by analyzing the composition, principle and working process of the GSHP system.Select certain GSHP system as the research object. Tracking and monitoring its operation data, operation rules, the outdoor meteorological data, indoor use rules and indoor comfort for two consecutive years. Through data analysis we found some problems, such as: thermal unbalance of soil, indoor application of bad habits, the phenomenon of continuous high load, which result in a GSHP system energy efficiency decreased gradually.The parameter system of GSHP system is studied, according to the accumulated operation data and rules of application, research the monitoring parameters and evaluation method, use decision tree algorithm iterative cycle of many parameters and strategies. Finally, it is concluded that under certain conditions the optimal strategy.The overall scheme design, software and hardware design of the GSHP optimization control system are carried out. The optimization system is realized, and the system is installed on the spot. In the testing process, the COP, the unbalance of the soil and the indoor comfort of the GSHP system have been tested and tracked.Test results show that: the optimal control system can provide optimization strategy, ensure that the GSHP system can adjust the running state according to the load change of its own, minimize the energy consumption under the premise of keeping the comfortable change, maximize the degree of thermal balance of the soil, reduce the waste of energy, improve the energy efficiency.
