As the global energy crisis and environment pollution problem increasingly prominent, distributed generation because of its clean and no pollution have been vigorously developed, more and more get people’s attention. But with the development of distributed generation supply in the proportion of the power system is more and more, will cause certain influence on the distribution network, such as on the active power loss of distribution network, electricity quality, power supply reliability and so on will have a certain impact. Through the reconstruction of the distribution network can effectively reduce network loss, improve the economy and reliability of distribution network operation.There is an important significance of research on distribution network reconfiguration with distributed generation economic safe and reliable operation.Mathematical models of wind power, photovoltaic battery, fuel cell and miniature gas turbine are researched in this paper. Power flow calculation is the basis of distribution network reconfiguration, based on the equivalent model of DG on distribution network with the distributed generation supply of the power flow calculation program, and the IEEE33 bus system is taken as an example for verification.The optimal allocation model of distributed generation with minimum active power loss as the objective function is established. The basic particle swarm optimization algorithm and the particle swarm optimization algorithm are introduced in this paper. Simulation test was carried out on the IEEE33 node system, the analysis shows that the DG can reduce the active power loss of the system, improve the voltage level.Describes the mathematical model of distribution network reconfiguration with distributed generation, a multi objective optimization method based on the mathematical model of interactive decision making is proposed. The decimal encoding scheme based on loop in the process of distribution network reconfiguration, pointed out that the particle swarm distribution network reconfiguration algorithm steps and flow chart. Take IEEE33 and PG&E69 nodes for example, writing programs by MATLAB.
