Currently, the Northeast 66 kV system are ungrounded system, 220 kV substation transformer mostly Y / △ wiring, Petersen coil can not be installed, it can only be installed at 66 kV substation Petersen coil. 66 kV substation installed on the side of the Petersen coil, respectively coupled to the neutral point of the two main transformer neutral point wiring is more complicated and prone to accidents at work; in addition, once installed Petersen coil 66 kV line trip, will make the system appear inadequate compensation phenomenon, threatening the security of grid operation. Such as the use installed on 220 kV substation 66 kV busbar Petersen coil must be installed grounding transformer, 220 kV substation but no space available to install the grounding transformers, so the use of transformer station spacing, using an integrated ground station with change and technological change program, which solves the problem of the ground change, but also solve the problem of transformer stations, and the layout is reasonable, low investment costs. Practical value and practical significance 220 kV substation grounding transformer station changed and integration with Petersen Coil related research. The main work of this paper is: analysis of a variant with the ground and with variable integration with Petersen coil transformer design requirements, to study its operating mode, design and use DT-STATCOM control system solve the problem of dynamic reactive power compensation, through practice verify its is really practical. The research can improve the intelligence level of the substation, as well as operational safety, reliability and economy.
