In recent years,with the rapid development of the national economy,China is entering the stage of comprehensive construction of smart grid.However,at present,the vast majority of southern power grid is still conventional power grid and conventional substation.Because the conventional station adopts various protocols,the communication standards are not unified,and the secondary cable circuits are numerous,and the wiring is complex,which makes the routine inspection and maintenance workload heavy;DC grounding,AC series into DC and other safety accidents occur frequently,which has a very adverse impact on the safe and stable operation of the power system.In order to realize the optimal allocation of power resources and meet the requirements of the construction of smart grid,Smart Substation came into being.The main difference between the intelligent substation and the conventional substation is the optimization and upgrading of the secondary system,the most significant feature is the networked secondary system;on the one hand,it provides a larger service for the intelligent development of the primary equipment to realize the integrated monitoring and management of the primary equipment;on the other hand,through the automatic control of the primary equipment in the station,it finds and processes the power system in time To ensure the stable and reliable operation of the power system.Therefore,it is necessary to study the secondary system,networking mode and application of related new technologies of intelligent substation.The main research work and conclusions are as follows:(1)combined with the structural characteristics of "three layers and two networks" of intelligent substation,the automation system and network structure of 220 kV intelligent substation are analyzed,several common access schemes of process layer in intelligent substation are introduced,the advantages and disadvantages of "direct mining direct jump" and "network mining network jump" are analyzed and compared from different angles,and the best scheme is selected.Finally,the advantages and future development direction of "network mining and network skipping" at present are expounded.(2)the application of new technologies related to the secondary system of intelligent substation is studied.According to the characteristics of three new technologies,i.e.the integrated system of intelligent error prevention,the online monitoring system of temperature and humidity and the intelligent video image processing system,the technical scheme of its application in engineering is studied.(3)through the research on the selection and configuration of intelligent transformer substation,the paper qualitatively analyzes the technical and operation problems of electronic transformer,and puts forward the implementation scheme of "conventional transformer + combined unit".(4)based on the example of 220 kV Tuanjie intelligent substation under construction in Zhongshan Power Supply Bureau,the paper studies and analyzes the configuration principle of system and component relay protection,the configuration of public secondary equipment and the configuration of SCD files,and puts forward the optimized engineering design scheme for the intelligent substation.Based on the requirements of v2.1 intelligent substation design code of China Southern Power Grid,this paper puts forward the secondary system engineering design scheme suitable for 220 kV Tuanjie intelligent substation in Zhongshan area.The research results have an important guiding role in the design of 220 kV intelligent substation at present.
