With the attention paid more to the mermaid natural harmony and ecological civilization today, river ecological construction has become a channel in the process of governance. Under the prerequisite of meeting the basic requirements of the revetment, ecological revetment should reduse changing the river course and impacting the ecosystem least, and the most important is to create a diversity places which suit for the aquatic animals thriving as well as plants growth.Hard solidity revetment, which is a shore slope protection method, is more commonly used in various of countries and regions. This revement mainly uses masonry or dry brick and stone, concrete and other materials. The revetment method although can meet the basic requirements of engineering, however, it causes bad influence on the ecological environment, makes water and land environment destruction and serious will threaten the quality of human life and the environment. At present, many scholars and professionals inquire into ecological revetment in-depthly and put forward a variety of ecological revetment design methods and structure styles. Nevertheless, these kinds of methods are mostly based on the traditional revetment,which are not regarded to the bad influence on the environment and ecology.These reachers lack of relevant aspects of exploration.In this paper, the ecological disadvantages of traditional slope protection are analyzed. Basing on the consideration of the ecological and hydrophilic characteristics of the river, the selection of pore characteristics of fish is firstly carried out. The experiment includes four parts:group 1,which case has a better effect of gathering, whether having pore or no; group 2, contrast experiments of different pore shapes (the choice of irregular pore, square pores and round pores), which kind of pore shape has more benefits to the fish; group 3, comparative experiments of different pore densities (5%,30%,50%)s; group 4, whether the pore has plants covered or no cover, verify the plant is able to provide better thriving places for fish. After the experiments, the results of four groups are analyzed by the method of one-way analysis of variance, and the selection of different characteristics of pore for the fish can be obtained by observing whether there is a significant difference in the experimental results. Then, according to the corresponding results of the experiments, can design a new type of porous ecological revetment block, which is of great significance in restoring the ecological environment. In addition, it can also provides fish wih space for breeding, refuge et. In this paper, the design of porous ecological revetment block, has certain plant growing hole, which can plant vegetations,provide other animals with food, and have benefit of the formation of the food chain that can ensure the stability of the whole ecological system.This paper selects tributary of Liaohe river which is located to Xinmin Liaoning as an example.The author designs two schemes,schemel:maintaining the original state;scheme2:building ecological protection of multi pore in the water level change.Using River2D calculate and analyse the velocity and weighted usable area of fish habitat(WUA)for these two cases, and then draw the corresponding conclusion. Conclusion shows that the scheme 2 can improve the restoration of habitat.
