Airborne Antenna Stability Tracking System is applied in complex dynamic environment, line movement and attitude motion of the carrier affect pointing accuracy of the antenna array, the load fluctuation affect control accuracy of the serve system. Two types of strategies were proposed to control these disturbances. One is to pre-estimate the position of the carrier based on Kalman-filter algorithm. Integrate the feedback of attitude sensors and coordinate transformation to compensate the deviation. Another one is to design an online identifier for moment of inertia and feedforward the value to the speed regulator to achieve self-tuning, add an observer for the load torque to feedforward to current loop to weaken the influence of load disturbance for the system’s control performance.Calculate an isolation algorithm based on Kalman theory for the carrier’s line movement using information from upper monitor, built the algorithm model in MatLab and the simulation verified the correctness of the prediction method. Propose isolation algorithm based on coordinate transformation using measuring value of MEMS gyro as data source.Select the motor type through the mechanical behavior and dynamic characteristic of system load. Design the identifier for moment of inertia and feedforward model in Simulink, the simulation result showed the identification accuracy under different adaptation gain and verified the rapidity and correctness of system’s speed response under self-tuning speed control. Establish the simulation model of the observer in Simulink and select suitable compensation gain to feedforward the load torque into current loop. The overall control model of system established in Simulink verified the less overshoot under continuous load effect compared with simple PI control with the same PI parameter, also verified the less speed fluctuation and better steady-state accuracy under discontinuous load, that is a better anti-disturbance performance.
