The level of TT&C represents the level of the state science and technology in acertain degree.In recent years,because of the development of science and technology,China has increased its investment in aerospace science and technology business.Ourcountry’s aerospace measurement and control standards have been improved by leapsand bounds development.The new trend of the development of the space measurementand control are towards a higher frequency band-ka band in the internationalcommunity. the development of space measurement and control of ka-band is later thanother country,some technologies are mature, some technologies are still in theexploratory stage. Antenna tracking is an important issue in the field of spacemeasurement and control, it is an prerequisite condition of the measurement and controland communication between the ground stations and aerocraft. It brings some newproblems and challenges with the improvement of communication frequency.The main work of the paper is to achieve the scheme of antennas of Ka-bandtracking the LEO and high dynamic target, make mathematical modeling and simulation,which verify the feasibility of this scheme.At first,the paper tells about the topic ofbackground and significance and the development present situation of the domesticand foreign. And then introduce the theorys which are used in the antenna tracking,including the theory of antenna aspects,the detailed theory of Kalman filter, the theoryof the monopluse angle measurement by the amplitude and the phase lock loop theory,which is to build the foundation for the follow-up design.Then the following content designs the overall scheme according to therequirements of the subject, the overall scheme is divided into three parts,the first part isthe capture and tracking of target. Choose the way of multi-beam antenna to capturehigh dynamic and LEO target, and then the scheme to realize principle and workingprocess are analyzed in detail.The second part is capture and tracking of carrier, choosethe way of FFT frequency to guide to capture the carrier, and then followed up by PLL.The third part is the fixing dynamic lag error, First analysis the principle ofdynamic lag, and then choose the computer aided tracking technology to realize errorcorrection.Then analysis, design and improve the key technologies in detailed which areapplied in the scheme, they mainly includes four key technology,which are themulti-beam antenna technology, the multi-beam Angle measuring technology, frequencydirecting technique and computer aided tracking technology. Finally the proposedscheme is simulated, and realize the verification by compareing with technicalindicators requirements.The mainly work of this article is finished on the plat of Matlab,Simulink andGrasp, to realize the design of the scheme,the simulation and verify to the antennas ofka-band tracking the LEO and high dynamic target, there is certain reference value tothe development of the measurement and control of Ka-band.
