Research On The Current State And Influence Of Factor National Detachable Swimming Pool

The brilliant achievements, acquired by Chinese swimmers in the Beijing and the London Olympic Games respectively, tremendously motivated the masses to participate swimming. Meanwhile, it also revealed the problem that the current swimming facilities are not able to meet the demand of the inhabitants. The detachable swimming pool is a new sort of swimming pool. Since 2014, the General Administration of Sport has conducted pilot project constructions concerning the detachable swimming pool, exploring its construction mode and operation pattern etc. Nevertheless, the academic field has not yet delved into the construction status quo of this new kind of swimming pool and influential factors existed in the course of its promoting construction. Consequently, this paper aims to perform researches on the current state and influential factors of the detachable swimming pool’s promoting construction via literature review method, expert interview, questionnaire, field observation, case analysis, and mathematical statistics etc. the conclusions are summed up as following:(1) The selected places of pilot detachable swimming pool are chiefly in townships, junior and senior schools of rural areas, sports centers, communities and parks etc.(2) The specifications of the detachable swimming pool can be customized according to relevant demand. There are mainly two specifications of the pilot swimming pool,50×25×1.2 meters and 25 X15X1.2 meters. The former is in want of 15 days to be completed and an average price of about 577600 RMB, while the latter need 11 days and around 800000 RMB.(3) The operational cost of this detachable swimming pool is mainly consisted of personnel salaries, utility expenses, disinfection drugs, accommodations and the board expenses. The two-month operation of the pilot swimming pool spent about 24570 RMB on utility expenses and disinfection drugs,43650 RMB on personnel salaries,13207 RMB on accommodations.(4) There are mainly three management and operation patterns of the pilot detachable swimming pool. Firstly, the government is responsible for the swimming pool and employs outer manager while its property right belongs to government. Secondly, the school is in charge of the swimming pool and employs outer manager while its property right belongs to school. Thirdly, it is contracted by others.(5) The influential factors of the detachable swimming pool’s promoting construction are primarily divided into three tiers. The first tier also called level-one dimension:environment, swimming pool, management and policy, economy. The second tier or the level-two dimension:hygiene and service, the humane environment, climate, competitive swimming, location, publicity, pool body, leadership and management, policy, citizens’income, financial support. The third tier is the 35 specific influential factors.(6) On the basis of the factorial analysis, the influential factors of the detachable swimming pool’s promoting construction can be orderedby significance as following:hygiene and service, location, publicity, the humane environment, leadership, climate, citizens’ income, financial support, competitive swimming, the detachable swimming pool itself, and policy.
