Nowadays, as the traditional energy sources becoming depletion and tension, the application of solar energy is extremely urgent. The photovoltaic power station of large capacity power grid technology will become the mainstream of development and the safe operation of power grid will be the focus of attention. This paper researched the schedulable type photovoltaic (PV) grid system that based on super capacitor.For photovoltaic array, this paper stimulated the output characteristics and the dynamic effect of the whole system in the situation of light intensity and temperature changes, then improved the observed disturbance in the maximum power point tracking control method, and used the method of the tracking duty ratio D to improve the efficiency of photovoltaic array output; for super capacitor, this paper found that it can better realize the double DC-DC charging and discharging control under the condition of energy flow management in the actual situation. And analyzed the reason of the super capacitor is superior to storage battery by compared with the methods of storage. For inverter, this paper improved the design of control strategy that is suitable for optical storage system and overcame the serious distortion problem of grid-connected current of traditional inverter when the optical storage system inverted. Then, this paper used the principle of power balance to analyzed the system dynamic response when the external environment changes and the power grid fails to work and implemented the schedulable photovoltaic (PV) system to meet its standard of low voltage across. Finally, this paper put out a new kind of idea to change the parallel connection of super capacitors, through changing super capacitor voltage by the energy shortage inverter to realize the result of smoothing power grid side.This paper built the component of system by MATLAB/SIMULINK and did the whole simulation of Schedulable photovoltaic (PV) grid-connected system, tested the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed program and the control strategy.by analyzing the simulation waveform.
