CRTS Ⅱ Slab Track occurs damage widespread in operations, which include the damage of narrow juncture, juncture between the slab and the mortar.The de-bonding of CA mortar is one common existence form damage of CRTS Ⅱ slab track. Track slab which could be linked continuum structure by tension construction can reduce the interaction between track slab and CA mortar. But some time exist between perfusion of CA and the track slab connective,in this time CA mortar may occur damage. As a consequence, to find out the cause of the injuries and put forward optimization suggestionsis are completed the main tasks.First of all, finite element calculation model of track slab were established, before connective of track slab’s stress state was analysed. The results shows that track slab would be crackle in interlaminar shear strength of CA mortar measured in experiment, the spacing between cracks is about 2 multiple basting spacing length; Interlaminar shear failure between track slab and CA mortar occurred in interlaminar shear strength of CA mortar which closed to the actual construction situation. Therefore, the CA mortar interlaminar shear strength should be increased to avoid shear failure of CA mortar appeared.Secondly, finite element calculation model of track slab’s tensioning construction was established,the influence of tensioning construction of track structure was analysed. The results shows that the influence of track slab’s stress state is a little, CA mortar appeared shear failure; Calculation of the narrow juncture under load values of 79 kN, less than the load used in the design and calculation of 300 kN, it is calculated according to the design of the crack width will be less than the actual width.Finally,the influence of track slab under tensioning construction was analysed with or without narrow juncture. The results shows that the shear failure of CA mortar could not happen,pouring narrow juncture on track slab’s deformation is obvious less than without narrow juncture on track slab’s. Narrow juncture can prevent the track slab in the construction of a large deformation.
