High-speed ballastless track has been widely used in the construction of railway in China. As one of the major ballastless track applied in China, CRTS Ⅱ slab ballastless track system has played a significant role and has been used in the construction of various main railways. Currently, heavy passenger railway transportation has aggravated the workload of wheel-rail system, intensifying component failures in the rail system. As a platform providing balanced rigidity as well as constant and stable support, railway bed is not only able to guarantee the geometry shape of upper track, but also bear the load of trains. As a result, maintaining its regular working state is important for both operation security and comfort of high-speed railway. This paper studies settlement diseases of long intervals in railway bed of CRTS Ⅱ slab ballastless track, including the following contents:(1) Putting forward lifting board method as maintenance plan by comparing and analyzing existing deficiencies of maintenance methods for substantial settlement in long intervals:lifting track slab, filling supporting blocks to make up for difference value of settlement, re-injecting CA mortar, thickening previous CA mortar, and restoring original geometrical position of rail surface.(2) In actual engineering application, studying applicable maintenance length of rail tracks, lifting board properties, dimensions of geometrical blocks, and filling methods.(3) Establishing train-rail-railway bed coupling vertical dynamical model for CRTS Ⅱ slab ballastless track using wheel-rail system dynamic, researching into the optimization between dynamic and static analysis by using finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA based on the lifting board supporting plan in this paper, and discussing speed limitation of trains after maintenance.(4) Drawing up a construction plan according to established lifting board construction scheme, and exploring the details in construction.
