All the lines of the Shanghai Shentong Metro are equipped with air conditioning system at present. Air conditioning system is an important auxiliary system of metro vehicles, and the operating state of air conditioning is closely related to the comfort of passengers. With the development of economy, people’s requirement for comfort is greatly improved, especially in the hot summer and the changing seasons. The passengers have more stringent requirements on the temperature and humidity of the vehicle and the reasonable refrigerating/ heating system of the air conditioning system.A monitoring system on temperature and humidity of subway carriage on existing subway carriages is not perfect, The control method of air conditioning system of the subway carriages is according to the outside temperature level adjustment, this method can’t obtain accurate and real-time temperature and humidity information of the passenger compartment so that to do the refined adjustment of the dynamic temperature of the passenger carriage.Based on the above situation and combined with the project of Shanghai Shentong Metro — — real-time temperature and humidity monitoring system for passenger compartment, this paper studies the low power consumption of the hardware system,distribution of the measuring point, the acquisition and classification of temperature and humidity information. And in view of the current system’s shortcomings which the driver can’t receive temperature and humidity information in real time and can’t do real-time adjustment of the carriage temperature level, this paper develop the driver side equipment which use of SIM card to receive temperature and humidity information and achieve over-temperature warning.This paper presents analysis of temperature and humidity data in monitoring system,studies the temperature variation curve of whole marshalling carriage at different positions,the single point the temperature anomaly and highest of which change values oftemperature and humidity at different times. It also establish the physical model and divides mesh, simulate temperature and humidity field and the flow distribution. It integration with PMV indoor thermal environment evaluation standard and Sperling stationary index, studies the comfort standard of the carriage,puts forward new standards of comfort air conditioning carriage.
