Due to the extreme complexity of the boundary conditions of the river, so people there are still significant limitations for understanding the flood. In practical engineering model boundary conditions are constantly changing, the model means due to limitations of measurement methods, it is difficult to accurately measure the flow field parameters. Therefore, hydraulic model experiments generally can only arrive at a total flow parameters of the flow field information within the scope of the study can not be drawn in detail. Through numerical simulation, you can use computer numerical calculation and image display, numerical solution of water in time and space quantitative results, so as to achieve the study of the evolution of the flood.Numerical simulation of the evolution of flood flood storage can better reveal the dynamic evolution of the flood of time and space, in order to obtain detailed evolution of the flood. Use flood submerged area simulation results complete range of protected areas and draw risk information map can project planning can overwhelm the area of asylum determine, predict and reduce the loss of floods provide the necessary theoretical support.In this paper, MIKE software to establish a one-dimensional and two-dimensional model of the Jialing Fengxian County, flood protection flood routing simulation carried out. The main contents include:(1) Application MIKE11 hydrodynamic module, analog Jialing River in 10 years, in 20 years, 30 years and once in 100 year flood evolution. Hydraulic Structures module(2) application MIKE11 analysis provided Jialing River crossing bridge encounter backwater effect of 100-year flood.(3) Application MIKE21 FM hydrodynamic module that mimics the Jialing River tributaries same frequency calculation range 100-year flood inundation process.(4) The Jialing river of Fengxian County, paragraph MIKE vector calculations and geographical information combined use ArcMAP integrated and applied to flood risk diagram.The simulation results of the analysis can draw the following conclusions:(1) The flood calculation model calibration of channel roughness established flood calculation results and measured close to the error within the allowable range.(2) the Jialing River and its tributaries, the highest level from the upstream to downstream presented a decreasing trend, in line with the general rules; with the flood magnitude larger, peak flow and maximum water level becomes larger(higher).(3) occurs when the Jialing 100-year flood for bridge backwater effect is obvious.(4) According to the results of approaching terrain depicts the one-dimensional model with two-dimensional model range inundated inundated area.
