The Research On AC Motor Coil Automatic Production Line Construction Of D Company

The coil is the core component of the motor, of which the quality can directly affect the performance and life of the motor. At present, AC motor stator coil production of D company takes every single series transfer mode. Due to the multi process, production time of each process and process flow for a long time, resulting in low production efficiency and semi-finished products were left stranded in.This paper takes the AC motor coil automatic production line construction of D company as the research object, using the method of combining the theoretical research and the practical operation to study the engineering problems. All is described in detail from the project planning, automatic production line layout plan, and logistics plan formulation to implementation process.Firstly, systematically analyzed and evaluated the problems and risks in the production line construction of AC motor stator coil. Then, give solutions and feasibility analysis one by one. And put forward the practical and feasible suggestions on the reforming directions of the production line.Secondly, we use WBS/OBS/ABS list method to control the time schedule of project. The leader chart and Gantt chart are been taken to show the proportion of the project schedule and time visually, so the time cost and human resource are saved.Thirdly, the influence of the personnel, machine, material, method and environment on the construction quality of AC motor stator coil is analyzed systematically by taking "fishbone diagram". And then, aimed at the surface of the electromagnetic coil is damaged by high frequency detection experiment, we use the water immersion to instead of the high frequency detection experiment and the ground pressure test, which simplifying the processes, improving the detection level and reducing the number of operators.All in all, The paper aims at to optimize the existing processes, reestablish and arrange the position of the work station, improve the flow of the site products and production efficiency, reduce the number of products, and then to improve the quality of products.
