Study On Pricing System Of Shipbuilding Gantry Crane

Shipbuilding gantry crane is a special lifting equipment used by shipbuilding enterprise. The prosperity of ocean trade led to the development of the shipbuilding industry, therefore the market demand for shipbuilding gantry cranes has gone up. However, growth in market demand for crane manufacturers not only bring a lot of orders, as well as the increasingly fierce market competition. In order to get more orders and improve their market competitiveness, crane manufacturers need to take the initiative to meet the actual needs of customers and give a reasonable offer.Based on the detailed analysis of functional modules at all levels of the crane, this paper researched and developed a shipbuilding gantry crane quotation system by using the object-oriented thought, rule inference, parametric design and cost estimation methods.The main research work of this paper is as follows:1. The establishment of the shipbuilding gantry crane modular classification system, according to the function of the whole crane for modular division, it is divided into six modules of level 1, a number of modules of level 2.2. The development of the crane rapid design module by using object-oriented design thought. This design module can automatic check the preliminary design scheme and realized the variant design function of the whole control part by applying rule based reasoning, parametric design and selection method.3. The development of the crane’s fast quotation module using the integrated quotation thought. According to the analysis of the manufacturing cost of the crane manufacturing enterprise, this subsystem calculate the cost of the metal components such as the main beam and the supporting legs of the crane, search the price of external mechanism such as motor and speed reduction, estimate the cost of processing time and personnel management, give reasonable quotation list under the condition of taking into account the profit of the enterprise.This paper combines the rapid design of the crane and the quotation technology together, develops the quick quotation system of the shipbuilding gantry crane, improves the response speed of the crane manufacturing enterprises to the customer demand. The rapid design subsystem can reduce the design work of the crane and improve the design efficiency. It also verifies the rationality of the design scheme and timely guide the designers to modify the design. The quick quotation module can avoid the repeated labor, scientific and rational analyses the production cost of crane design, quickly responses to customer demand, generates the list of quotations in accordance with the actual production of the enterprise, improves the competitiveness of enterprises.
