This project comes from the unmanned aircraft system research scientific test load project. In the study and design for unmanned aircraft vehicle load device, functionality completeness and performance reliability is the core index of UAV design. It needs higher requirements of environmental conditions for flight test. Therefore, it is necessary first to have comprehensive ground test for unmanned aerial vehicle. In the research of UAV integrated test-platform, the simulation technology of the equipment data interface simulation is having been used. It solves the synchronization problem between each equipment greatly and provides a powerful guarantee and basis to verify unmanned aircraft equipment performance and for the future of aircraft flight.Unmanned aerial vehicle integrated test platform is a platform for testing and acceptance of the real equipment of unmanned aerial vehicle. It is used to complete the system real equipment function and performance requirements of the test and detection, to complete comprehensive test of the system. The integrated test-platform mainly consists of two parts, the data simulation system and the main control unit. The research of this paper is the design and implementation of data simulation system. The main research contents of this paper are: firstly, overview and analysis of integrated test-platform, combined with the hardware architecture of the system finish selection of hardware and design overall scheme of software system, on this basis, the system software requirements are given from two aspects of function and performance, use the unified modeling language UML to model the software requirement. Secondly, based on the unified software design thought, the system software is divided into the hierarchical framework design and the module division, also in view of the key technologies in the process of software development, the application of multi thread and precise clock design are researched and discussed, then the design scheme is given. Then, complete the detailed design and implementation of data simulation system software of each module, according to the software design scheme of the system, in accordance with the hierarchical and modular design thought the system software interface module, data simulation module, data processing module modules are designed in detail. Finally, complete system test, including system software user interface description and software test in detail, the test of the software system is completed mainly from two aspects of the function test and performance test. Through the test, the conclusion of the test is concluded.The actual test shows that the system is reliable and stable, and has good operation effect. After detailed testing, the data simulation system designed and developed in this paper can be used to detect the functional performance of unmanned aerial vehicle load subsystem, and complete the system integrated test. It meets the requirements of the platform design. At present, the system has already passed the strict system function and the performance test and put into use.
