With the development of electronic technology, chips toward miniaturization, high integration direction, resulting in a large amount of heat, the working temperature of the electronic component is increasing. The microchannel heat sink has the advantages of small volume, compact structure, low noise, liquid cooling capacity is much larger than that of air. The study on the flow and heat transfer of the liquid in the channel has become an important research direction. In order to enhance heat transfer, the main method is to break the fluid boundary layer, enhances the fluid mutual disturbance and mixes seepage, and at present the most commonly used method is by increasing the flow rate to achieve, but the energy consumption of this method is high and the effect is small. In view of the above reasons, in this paper, the structure and the heat and mass transfer of microchannel are studied. The main research work of this paper is as the research object:First, the effect of inlet shapes and structure parameters of microchannel on flow and heat transfer characteristics are studied, when the shape of the inlet section of the microchannel is rectangular, the effects of high aspect ratio and porosity on flow and heat transfer characteristics are studied; when the aspect ratio and porosity of microchannel is same, the effect of angle of the parallelogram on flow and heat transfer characteristics is studied; the effect of parallel flow, counter flow and cross flow on heat transfer and flow characteristics are studied.Secondly, the influences of channel structure and pulsating flow in microchannel on the flow and heat transfer are studied. The effect of the pulsatile flow in rectangular microchannel heat sink is studied, the influence of frequency on flow and heat transfer is studied; the staggered position and the number of segments of staggered micro channel heat sink is studied; the influence of the discontinuous distance of discontinuous microchannel heat sink is studied; the influence of the discontinuous distance of the staggered discontinuous microchannel heat sink is studied; and parallel flow, counter flow and cross flow in the staggered discontinuous microchannel on flow and heat transfer are studied, and with a layer of staggered discontinuous microchannels and counter flow type parallel microchannels are compared.Finally, the rectangular microchannel, parallelogram microchannel, discontinuous microchannel, staggered microchannel, staggered discontinuous microchannel, parallel flow, counter flow and cross flow are studied, the data of the microchannels in system simulation software are provided. Using Visual C + + 2010 to design the microchannel system simulation software, mainly for microchannel heat sink and fin type radiator, microchannel heat sink is through the input parameters, connect to the database, query and obtain the matching value, result output; the plate fin radiator is calculated by the formula, the parameters to characterize the heat dissipation characteristics are calculated, package the project, which is convenient for users to install and use.
