Large capacity fan system uses High-Voltage inverter control is a common means of energy saving. With fan’s capacity increasing, the shaft corruption problems is growing in industrial site. This problem is not caused to the user of the huge economic losses, but also hindered the promotion and application of energy-saving inverter. In order to solve the shafting corruption problems need to study the mechanism of shafting damaged, and by the method of implementation of the industrial site and easy to optimize the system to achieve the purpose of the stability of the system.For this reason, the main contents are as follows:(1) Introduces the basic principles of energy-saving by VFD, and the need for large-capacity fan system frequency transformation by high-voltage inverter. Through specific cases and field test results show that the large-capacity fan shaft after frequency conversion transformation system damage caused the problem and the main features of external phenomena, and given then conclusion that the large capacity fan shaft damage due to shaft torsional vibration problems.(2) By means of moding the simulation of large-capacity fan shafting and power system, analyze the fluctuation of power harmonic, shaft and load characteristics for torsional vibration impact. The simulation confirmed the shafting torsional vibration is relating shaft stiffness, damping and power supply system internal resistance.(3) This paper introduces a method base on V/F control mode to solve the problem of torsional vibration by the control algorithm of frequency converter.(4) Through simulation and field verificationthe, the feasibility and reliability of the algorithm are verified. The algorithm can be easily implemented, and has a good effect.This paper analyzes the principle and solution of large capacity wind shaft torsional vibration. A solution for torsional vibration of shaft system is presented. Through theoretical analysis and field test, it is proved that the improved algorithm has good application effect.
